Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, with the seal intact, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase. For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of opened or used products. These rules apply to one-time and subscription orders alike.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@bearbelle.co with your order number and the item you'd like to return. If your return is approved, we'll email you instructions, including where to send your package. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless your item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us at hello@bearbelle.co within 7 days of delivery, with a photo if possible. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Subscription orders
Returning an item doesn't cancel your subscription. To stop future deliveries, cancel from your account as described in our Subscription Policy. If a renewal was charged before you had the chance to cancel, you can return the unopened order within 30 days of receiving it for a refund.
Non-returnable items
Opened or used products and gift cards can't be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is approved, place a new order.
Refunds
We'll email you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know whether your refund was approved. If it's approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at hello@bearbelle.co.
