Subscription Policy

Some products at Bearbelle are offered as automatically renewing subscriptions. This policy explains how billing works and how to change or cancel your subscription.

How your subscription works
When you subscribe, you'll receive your products automatically every 30, 60, or 90 days, based on the plan you choose at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.

Billing
Your payment details are stored securely. Each delivery is charged to your saved payment method on its billing date, at the subscription price shown at checkout (currently $10 off our one-time price per bottle), plus shipping and any applicable taxes. Free shipping applies to Standard shipping only: Standard is free on 2- and 3-bottle subscriptions and $4.95 on 1-bottle subscriptions. Expedited shipping is $12.95 on all orders, including subscriptions.

Managing your subscription
Log in to your account at www.bearbelle.co and go to Subscriptions. Your order confirmation email also links to your account. From there you can skip a delivery, pause, change your plan, update your payment method, or cancel.

How to cancel
You can cancel online at any time from your account. You don't need to call or email us. To avoid being charged for your next delivery, cancel before your next billing date, which is shown in your account. Orders already charged will still ship. You can also cancel by emailing Hello@bearbelle.co.

Price changes
If your subscription price changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before your next charge.

Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll skip that delivery and email you so you can update your payment method.

Returns and refunds
Subscription orders follow our Return and Refund Policy.
